This article will go through how to log into Console and what to do if you have forgotten your password.

Prerequisites

Before proceeding, you must have a Console account. You need to be a member of London’s Calling and to have a shoulder number.

Instructions to Login

1. Navigate to Console, or click here.
2. Enter your collar number and password to Login.

Instructions to Reset Login

1. Click the “Forgot Password”, text at the bottom of the login form.
2. Enter your collar number into the required field and click Reset.
   1. This will send a Discord DM to you with a six-digit code. You will have ten minutes to enter this code - you can only do two of these per day.
   2. If you have refreshed the page and you are still in time for the passcode reset. Click the, “already have a code” text.
3. Enter the code provided inside the passcode field
   1. You have one attempt with this passcode.
   2. You have to enter the passcode within ten minutes of it being generated.
   3. You must provide the correct passcode.
4. You will then be logged into to Console. A new password will be sent to your Discord DMs at the same time. All previous failed attempts will be expunged.

Can this be abused?

Like all public-facing entities, security and design are heavily considered. You are within seconds, informed that a passcode has been generated and if any logins have been made. Any suspicious activities must be stated to technical services.
